Buyer Information

We welcome all buyers and anyone wishing to come enjoy our events. We pride ourselves on making sales fun, informative and easy from inspection days to checkouts. If the sale will run through lunch we will have snacks and food catered. Come on out and enjoy the fun! Ron loves to say ”Soldem to you!”

We will start our auctions on time to the minute so please come early or preregister so you don’t miss out on the first items. All start times listed are Central Standard Time so please account for this if traveling from another time zone. Southern Auction Solutions represents the seller in most cases. Alabama is a buyer beware state. You will be expected to pay 10% down payment on auction day for real estate and full payment the day of auction for personal items. The 10% down payment for real estate is not earnest money. It is a non-refundable down payment. You will also need a letter of credit or letter of intent to loan if financing. Closing is normally handled within 30 days of auction day. On real estate, Southern Auction Solutions will provide a title opinion from a local closing attorney the day of sale or inspection. Once you have the winning bid you will be required to complete a Purchase Agreement. Some properties may have a reserve and should be assumed to have a reserve unless disclosed before or on sale day. Disclosures the day of the sale supersede all statements and printed ads.

We will have personnel available for most auctions to assist in load out. In most cases we will have contractors available for delivery if you so choose. This will be an additional fee/charge and will be an agreement between you and the contractor. All real estate and personal property are “As is Where is” no warranty should be assumed or implied.

When you are the high bidder on an item, you become responsible for it, and you must pay for everything you’ve purchased before leaving the auction site. Buyer’s premiums are normally charged. Please consider this when placing your bid. The auctioneer will announce the day of the sale if there is a buyer premium applied.
