We welcome all buyers to participate in our auctions. We pride ourselves on making sales fun, informative and easy from inspection days to checkouts. We offer a user friendly mobile bidding app, and online platform. We offer live streaming internet only auctions, simulcast auctions, internet only auctions, and live on site auctions. Please check our web site or advertisements to see how we are taking bids for the auctions that interest you.

Onsite or Live Auctions
We will start our auctions on time to the minute so please come early or preregister so you don’t miss out on the first lots. All start times listed are Central Standard Time so please account for this if traveling from another time zone. Southern Auction Solutions always represents the seller.

General Real Estate Terms

All our real estate auctions will have a 10% Buyer’s Premium added to the high bid price. You will be required to pay a 10% down payment on auction day for real estate. The 10% down payment for real estate is not earnest money. It is a non-refundable down payment. Our contracts do not allow for any contingencies, meaning all your due diligence must be completed before you bid. Next, there is no financing contingency. You must have cash or the absolute guarantee from your lender you have the ability to purchase the property. If you are not 100% certain that you can close on the property we ask you please not bid. Closing is normally handled within 30 days of auction day or close of the auction. Southern Auction Solutions has a local attorney perform a title exam to ensure the property is free and clear, and title insurance may be purchased at the Buyers expense. Once you have the winning bid you will be required to execute a Purchase Agreement. Some properties may have a reserve, and should be assumed to have a reserve unless disclosed before or on sale day. Disclosures the day of the sale supersede all statements and printed ads. All real estate is sold “As is, Where is” no warranty should be assumed or implied. All information used is believed to be accurate but not gauranteed.

Auctions are growing in popularity in all areas of the country; yet, some people have never attended one. Personal Property
Personal property buyer premiums vary according to the items being sold and method of bidding. Often internet bidders are charged a convenience fee built into a percentage to cover the bidding platform charge to the auction company. Please consider this when placing your bid.

When you are the high bidder on an item you become responsible for it, and you must pay for everything you’ve purchased before leaving the auction site. On automobiles the title will be held until the check has cleared unless payment is made in cash.
